NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, New Mexico intends to award a sole source
purchase order to Ansys Inc (cage code 0U014), 2600 Ansys DR Canonsburg, Pennsylvania
15317. Ansys Inc. is the sole manufacturer to provide technical support and products to Air
Force Research Laboratory.
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and
Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 31 March
2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested
parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete
information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.
A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this
notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered
solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
The closing date for this notice is 27 March 2023 at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. For
