The purpose of this Amendment 00004 is to provide update responses to questions submitted, and revise attachments 1. See attached amendment 00004 documents for additional details.





The NFIP Direct Contractor shall provide all necessary support for the issuance and administration of flood insurance policies on behalf of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Contractor staff must be well-versed on FEMA survival programs to facilitate seamless services to disaster survivors. The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, operation, maintenance, and quality assurance for flood insurance policy administration. The NFIP Direct Contractor will be responsible for processing at least 550,000 of the 5,100,000 active flood insurance policies, Nationwide.
