Request for Information (RFI)
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, solicits expressions of interest from potential suppliers capable of providing supplier risk management services.
The SRS is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles.
This is a Sources Sought RFI.
SCOPE
1.0 General Description
Provide for a specialized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Supplier Risk Management to offer technical expertise that will increase SRNS supply chain risk readiness and mitigate supplier risks and supply chain disruptions while maximizing supply chain productivity and operational continuity with SRNS Supply Chain Supplier Performance. The SME shall provide goods and services to internal customers. Develop a comprehensive Supplier Risk Management strategy for utilization in SRNS Supplier Performance.

3.0 Task Requirements
Provide specialized subject matter expertise in supplier risk management planning and developing a comprehensive Supplier Risk Management Plan.

3.2 SRNS Furnished Materials, Equipment, or Services
SRNS shall provide the below listed items to the Subcontractor for the performance of scope onsite. This list includes, but is not limited to:
SRNS shall not be responsible for furnishing personal protective equipment, seasonal clothing or any personal articles not identified above.
SRNS shall provide the necessary SRNS manuals, procedures, references, and documents necessary to perform tasks. Office space and access to the SRS intranet will be provided, as needed, for the Subcontractor at SRS. The Subcontractor shall provide their own transportation to and from all locations where they will be performing the task. No government vehicle operation is permitted by the subcontractor.
SRNS will provide training to comply with site specific requirements as required. Training will be provided on as needed basis. Specific training will be identified at the time of award.
3.3 Deliverables
A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP.
