UW Bradley Street House Removals
University of Wyoming Operations, Planning & Construction, will accept bids submitted through the Public
Purchase website, until 10:00 a.m. (MDT), July 11, 2022, for the UW Bradley Street House Removals. A public
bid opening will be held at that time in Conference Room 130 of the Service Building on the University of
Wyoming’s Laramie campus.
Project Description: Removal of the University owned buildings and clearing of structures/improvements on four (4)
residential lots located on the block between Bradley and Flint Streets, and 11th and 12th Streets. Post-removal
parking area scope includes surface prep, roto-mill surface, lighting, and landscaping.
The estimated project completion date is November 1, 2022.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, including a walk-through, will be held June 30, 2022, 9:00 a.m. (MDT),
Service Building Conference Room 130, University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY 82071.
Bid documents are available by logging on to Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com
Only bids submitted electronically through the Public Purchase site and on University of Wyoming forms will
be considered.
